How Does our Service Work

SKYMAXY SOURCING / DISTRIBUTING help you getting familiar with the manufacturing process in China through our services, our flowchart below demonstrates our standard protocol of service and practices when it comes to procurement for our customers. We always remind our clients that there isn’t a single formula that can apply to every scenario in the field of sourcing, as we understand each project has its distinct nature of differences and therefore has to be customised accordingly. And that’s the core values that we hold when serving for our customers.

Project Assessment and Feasibility Studies

In this step, SKYMAXY SOURCING / DISTRIBUTING have already received the inquiry from our client. We will arrange a virtual meeting or a Z oom call to understand the details of the projects, including product specifications, project budget, lead time, and etc. With a clear unders- tanding of our client’s goal, we will assess the project and analyze the feasibility. At the end we will work out the details and propose a optimal solution from our end.

Skymaxy Sourcing /Distribution and Development Prototype.

Based on the goal of our client’s project, Skymaxy will start to source prospective factory for supply. In this step we will normally choose 3-5 merit-based factories, and we will guide our clients to decide together the on the offers at hand and choose the most suitable. Once determined our source for the project, we will schedule a factory audit upon request.

During the factory audit, we will negotiate with the factory on our client’s behalf to meet budget requirement and prepare samples, or develop a prototype ( for ODM projects ) for our client’s reference.

Skymaxy on-site Quality Control

Once the sample / prototype is approved, we will jump right into production. During the production, our professional feiled managers inspectors exercise due diligence according to ISO 9000 standards for quality control throughout the entire process. SKYMAXY offers on-site product inspection performed on a regular basis and you will receive weekly reports regarding quality and completionstatus, putting you in control of the entire process. All the actualstatus needed for perfection will be reported andrelated corrective actionsfor improvements be suggested.

Skymaxy Product Quality Inspection

During In-process quality Inspection associated with our project monitoring, our experienced filed workers will check the complete production process step by step, including the project set up, key components and materials, working instructions and semi-products the raw-materials as well as the completed products. Our inspectors will scrutinize the factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. This In-process quality inspection can help identify problems as they arise during the production process, thus allowing corrective action to be taken at an early stage so that to avoid the last minute delays during final pre-shipment inspection.

Skymaxy Pre-shipment Inspection

SKYMAXY at an approite time will arrange a final pre-shipment when 80% of the goods ordered are export packed, or in an urgent case approved by our customer, when merchandise is fully produced, packed and in all respects ready for shipment. We use the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit. When working with a supplier overseas it’s critical to ensure the specifications you’ ve agreed upon are in fact met, having pre-shipment inspection from our end gives you the peace of mind that your order has been flled successfully before it is dispatched.
